As a long-term experienced trainer and coach for traditional and agile project management I support individuals and organizations to implement effective project management practices.

I started my career more than 25 years ago as a Field Application Engineer in Siemens AG Automation Group in Munich, Germany.

Some years later as product manager at Siemens Semiconductors I was responsible to design and implement the product strategy of the international standardized, highly integrated flash based memory card, nowadays known under the label SD Card. ​

At Siemens AG whose communication division I joined in 1999 I had the revolutionary idea at that time to integrate a MP3 player in a mobile phone. This was significantly involved in the international success of the mobile phone SIEMENS SL45.​

​In 2007 I entered the consulting business as an independent freelancer. My focus here is Project Management, Innovation Management, and Leadership Development for Project Managers and Executives.​

​My long-term experiences in leading intercultural and interdisciplinary teams combined with my consulting expert knowledge enable me to select the best methods coming from Systemic Coaching, PMI® Project Management, and Agile methods to significantly increase customers’ effectiveness in project management. ​
